Burnsville Ice Center: Locker Room Key Assignments

1. A coach or adult MUST come to the office to obtain a team room key by giving the office attendant their car keys (or drivers license if no keys are available). Locker room keys WILL NOT be unlocked for teams by Ice Center staff.

2. The Ice Center will provide a team room no less than 30 minutes prior to the start of ice time, unless there is a special event such as a high school hockey game, mechanical problems, etc..

3. It is at the discretion of the Ice Center staff to give the locker room keys out. At maximum, keys will be handed out no more than 45 minutes prior to ice time.

4. TEAM ROOMS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

5. If the team room is not supervised, arena staff may choose to ask the skaters to leave and will lock up the team room until the room is once again supervised by an adult.

It is important that staff, at the end of each ice time, goes through the team rooms and do a light cleanup and inspect the condition of the team room. At this time they will make note of and report any damages. The purpose of this is so the Ice Center can reclaim its cost of damages and to provide the customer with a team room in clean and safe condition.

Thank you,
