Fundraising for the 2009-10 season will be a Raffle
The Fundraising Committee has chosen to do a Raffle for the 2009-10 season upper level fundraiser; each upper level player will pay for and receive 40 raffle tickets at $5.00 per ticket.Players may sell the tickets for $5.00 a ticket and keep any sale proceeds.A family with more than one upper level player shall participate in the Raffle for both of its upper level players, or may elect to participate in the Raffle for one player and participate in the mite fundraiser for the other player.Under no circumstances shall a family with multiple players be required to participate in fundraisers (upper level and/or mite level, as applicable) for more than two players.
During the 2009-2010 Season players will have the option to “Buy Out” of the fundraising Raffle.The “Buy Out” fee is $225.00 per player if paid at registration, and $250.00 if paid thereafter.Under no circumstances shall a family with multiple players, that wants to buy out of the fundraising Raffle, be required to pay the Buy Out fee for more than two players.
Families that obtain financial assistance from BHC (through the Bloom Fund or other means) are not allowed to buyout from Fundraising.
Details regarding the Raffle will be discussed at the Pre Season Parent Meetings
