On Saturday, September 17th, 2011 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Kuipers Orthodontics will provide athletes one custom mouthguard for the 2011 / 2012 season at no charge
(An $80.00 Value)
Impressions will be taken on the 17th and delivery of the mouthguards will be made to the hockey association the following week.
