The BHC is in need of a non-voting board member as the SafeSport Coordinator. 
Some of the responsibilities will be working with the BHC board members, Coaches, Managers, Parents, and teams to monitor the BHC Safesport Policies that are designed to address the following types of abuse and misconduct.
·         Sexual Abuse
·         Physical Abuse
·         Emotional Abuse
·         Bullying, Threats and Harassment
·         Hazing
