The Burnsville-Apple Valley Firehawk Squirt C Gold take first place in the Faribault Championship Tournament in the Norris Division on Sunday, Feb. 25th. The first round win 7:1 over New Ulm-Sleepy Eye set the stage for a close victory over  Sioux City, Iowa (3:2). On Sunday the championship game was another Minnesota-Iowa border battle against Ames, Iowa. The Firehawks came from behind in the 3rd period to win 5:3. Congratulations, Squirt C Gold Team!
