The Firehawk Squirt C Gold Team triumphed in the Northfield Jesse James Showdown, winning 1st place!

No shootout was needed to secure the title in a suspenseful 5:4 win against the Rosemount Irish. The lead changed several times in this close game, with the Firehawks regaining the lead with a minute and a half left in the game. 

The Firehawks started the tournament out strong with a shutout against JCNSP (3:0) and then won a close game against Shakopee (5:4).
